How do I get appointment

How do I check status on a referral?
Due to the high volume of new patient referrals our office receives, please allow two weeks for processing. We will contact you to schedule. If you have questions, please contact your referring provider.
How do I reach my medical providers medical assistant or nurse?
Please call 509-473-0885 and select option 2. This will direct you to our medical assistant/nurse phone tree. For Dr. Aldred’s medical assistant press 1, Kristy Wessel’s nurse, press 3.
What do I do if I need a refill or renewal on my prescription?
Always contact your pharmacy first to initiate your prescription refill or renewal. The pharmacy will send us the electronic request for us to approve the medication. Once we have received the request, allow 72 hours to process, please plan your refills accordingly.
How do I request a copy a patient’s medical records if I am patient, clinical office, legal office, SSI, third party administrator, or insurance company?
Please go to the patient information page on our website to be routed to ChartRequest who processes all record requests for our office. For clinical offices, if this is an urgent request, please contact the front desk so we can coordinate the transfer of records. For patients, we encourage you to use our
AthenaHealth Portal, which allows you access to all your records electronically. You can also fax your
request to 509-795-0895.
